6.2 You may terminate your account at any time. Subscription fees are non-refundable upon termination.

7.2 The Company is not responsible for the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of user-provided content, including job postings and resumes.
8. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Company, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your use of the Platform or violation of these Terms.
9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
9.1 These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Florida.
9.2 Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Florida, except where prohibited by law.
10. Changes to Terms
The Company reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
