• 1.2Services Provided: We provide users with the ability to:
  • Create professional profiles
  • Apply to job opportunities
  • Recruit and hire talent
  • Access educational, consulting, and career development resources
  • Engage with industry-related content and networking opportunities
• 1.3Our Role: We act solely as an intermediary platform. We do not:
  • Guarantee job placement
  • Verify all user information
  • Participate in employment agreements
  • Act as an employer, agent, or broker

• 2.1You must be at least 18 years old to use the Platform.
• 2.2By using the Platform, you represent that:
  • All information provided is accurate and current
  • You have the legal capacity to enter binding agreements

• 3.1Paid Access: Access to MySportJobs.org requires a paid subscription.
• 3.2Membership Plans (Candidates):
  • Let's Walk Plan: $299/year
  • Let's Run Plan: $329/year
  • Let's Fly Plan: $409/year
• 3.3Employer & Custom Plans: Employer accounts, partnerships, and premium services (including consulting, recruiting support, and ecosystem access) may be subject to separate pricing agreements.
• 3.4Billing & Renewal:
  • Subscriptions are billed annually
  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled prior to renewal date
• 3.5No Refund Policy: All payments are non-refundable, except where required by law.
• 3.6Price Changes: We reserve the right to modify pricing at any time. Changes will apply at the next billing cycle.

• 4.1Profile Accuracy: Users must provide truthful, accurate, and up-to-date information.
• 4.2Compliance: Users agree to comply with all applicable local, national, and international laws.
• 4.3Interactions at Own Risk: All interactions, communications, and agreements between users are conducted at their own risk.

• 5.1Data Collected: We may collect:

• 7.2License to MSJ: By uploading content, you grant MySportJobs a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to:

  • Display
  • Distribute
  • Promote
  your content for platform operations and marketing.

• 8.1Third-Party Processors: Payments are processed through third-party providers (e.g., Stripe). We are not responsible for their errors or security breaches.
• 8.2Additional Fees: Certain services (consulting, featured listings, partnerships, etc.) may incur additional fees.

All Platform content (excluding user-generated content), including:

• Branding
• Logos
• Software
• Design

• 10.1By Company: We may suspend or terminate accounts for:
  • Violations of Terms
  • Fraudulent activity
  • Harmful behavior
• 10.2By User: Users may cancel anytime. No refunds will be issued.

The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available."

We do not guarantee:

• Job placement
• Candidate success
• Employer reliability
• Platform uptime or error-free service

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MySportJobs shall not be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of income, business, or opportunities
• User disputes or employment outcomes

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MySportJobs, its owners, partners, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or liabilities resulting from:

• Your use of the Platform
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your interactions with other users

Users agree not to bypass the Platform to:

• Avoid fees
• Directly solicit users found through MSJ
