- 1.3Our Role: We act solely as an intermediary to facilitate connections between candidates and employers. We do not take part in or have control over the hiring process, employment terms, or any agreements made between users.
2. Eligibility:
- 2.1You must be at least 18 years of age and capable of forming legally binding agreements to use the Platform.
- 2.2By creating an account, you represent and warrant that all information provided is accurate, complete, and up to date.
3. Subscription Fees and Membership Plans:
- 3.1Access to the Platform requires an annual subscription fee, which must be paid at the time of account creation.
- 3.2Membership Plans:
- Student Membership: $199/year
- Standard Membership: $249/year
- Premium Membership: $349/year
- 3.3Fees are non-refundable, except as required by applicable law.
- 3.4The Company reserves the right to modify subscription fees. Users will be notified of any changes in advance, and changes will apply to subsequent renewal periods.
4. User Responsibilities
- 4.1Profile Accuracy: Users are responsible for ensuring that the information they provide on their profiles is accurate, truthful, and up-to-date.
- 4.2Compliance: Users must comply with all applicable laws and regulations when using our platform.
- 4.3Interactions: All communications and transactions between users are at their own risk. MySportJobs.org does not verify the authenticity or reliability of information shared by users.
5. User Information and Privacy

- Work information
- Resumes
- Personal information
- Education history
- Work experience history
- 5.2By using the Platform, you consent to the collection, use, and storage of your information as described in our Privacy Policy.

6. Acceptable Use
- 6.1You agree to use the Platform solely for its intended purpose: job searching and recruitment.

- 8.2Users may terminate their membership at any time through their account settings. Subscription fees are non-refundable upon termination.
9. Limitation of Liability
- 9.1MySportJobs.org is not responsible for any agreements, contracts, or employment terms made between users.
- 9.2We are not liable for any losses, damages, or claims arising from:
- Misrepresentation by users.
- Unsuccessful job placements.
- Security breaches outside our control.
10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution:
- 10.1These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Broward County, Florida.
- 10.2Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Broward County, Florida, except where prohibited by law.

- 11.1The Company reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
